CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES
The Conference Committee is aware that training dollars are extremely limited within law enforcement agencies. LERMA is committed to providing the best educational and professional development opportunities at the lowest possible cost to our members. LERMACON includes two full days of educational programming and professional development opportunities at the most cost-effective rate. The return on investment is more than worth the cost to attend.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE
LERMACON will be a full two-day conference this year, increasing the value to our members and the return on investment for member agencies. The LERMACON registration fee includes:
- Parking at the conference center
- 30th Anniversary Challenge Coin
- Three meals and two snacks
- Lunch and afternoon snack on Wednesday, September 18
- Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack on Thursday, September 19
- Two FULL days of educational programming and professional development including:
- Three general session workshops where topics will be explored in-depth
- Four breakout sessions taught by subject matter experts and program administrators
- Experience our keynote address The Fight After the Fight by Officer Ann Carrizales
- Networking opportunities with fellow records professionals from neighboring law enforcement agencies
REFUND POLICY FOR REGISTRATION FEES
***REFUNDS NO LONGER PERMITTED**
Refund policy for conference registration fees: LERMA will approve the refund of conference registration fees through July 31, 2024, minus a 5% refund processing fee. After July 31, 2024, LERMA will not approve refunds of conference registration fees, but will approve the transfer of the conference registration to another LERMA member at no additional cost. LERMA will not approve any registration transfers after September 13, 2024. Lodging refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the host hotel.
